The New Target Circle Loyalty Program is Now Available Nationwide

The new Target Circle program is now available for everyone! If you already have a Target account, have used the Cartwheel app (now Target app) or have a REDcard, you already have a Target Circle account! You can head here to login and update your information, add your birthday, and link your phone number.

Target Circle offers ALL users 1% back on your purchases when you scan your app wallet, enter your mobile number at checkout, or order online. The amount you earn can be banked to spend on later purchases as long as you earn or redeem within one year, otherwise your amount will expire.

If you’re a Target REDcard holder, you will continue to receive 5% off your purchase instead of the 1% back.

Even better, if you forgot to scan the app wallet or enter your phone number at checkout, you can still earn by adding your receipt to your account. Just head to your Circle Dashboard and under Missed Purchase click Enter Receipt – easy peasy!

Circle offers, formerly known as Cartwheel offers, will still be available in your Target app and can now be redeemed by entering your phone number or scanning your app wallet at checkout. Note that you will need to link your phone number to your Circle account for the offers to apply. Plus, Circle members receive exclusive offers throughout the year including on your birthday!

The new Target Circle program also offers you the chance to support select nonprofits by earning votes every time you make a purchase. You can then head to Target Circle and use your votes to direct where Target gives in your community! Head here to see the nonprofit organizations in your area. Note that these can change throughout the year.
