CVS Health to Acquire 1,600 Target Pharmacies

Do you regularly fill your prescriptions at a Target Pharmacy? Target recently announced that they will sell over 1,660 of their in-store pharmacies and clinic businesses to CVS Health and will be rebranded as CVS/minuteclinic. This means that all you Target customers will gain access to CVS Health Corporation’s pharmacy care programs and that the CVS ExtraCare program will be available at all pharmacy locations in Target stores.

Note that until the merge is complete, you can continue to use your REDcard at all registers to earn Target Pharmacy Rewards on eligible prescriptions. Go here for more details.
